Professor Grady Venville is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at Australian National University. Her role at the university includes responsibility for global leadership in research-led education, strengthening global curriculum connections in industry and educational research partnerships and educational research.
Professor Venville joined ANU Enterprise board in August 2022.
Prior to her board appointment, Professor Venville has worked with ANU Enterprise providing oversight of several large government education submissions.
Professor Venville has a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Science Education (Distinction) and PhD in Science Education from Curtin University.
Professor Venville’s research in science education focuses on conceptual development, curriculum integration and cognitive acceleration.
