Jen Burgess is a Project Manager with 10 years of experience in managing simple and complex projects in Australia and internationally within public and private sectors.
Before joining ANUE, Jen lived and worked in Papua New Guinea for five years undertaking a variety of operational and strategic advisory roles on Australian Government funded programs in education and electoral administration. Some highlights of this work included overseeing an assessment of whether school graduates were meeting industry requirements and supporting the establishment of the electoral commission in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.

With a holistic approach to project design, planning, implementation and wrap-up, Jen brings expertise in risk management, strategic communication, training, finance, operations, and governance. Known for using words like ‘collaboration’ and ‘workshop’ Jen is a big believer in sharing skills and knowledge and supporting others to achieve their goals.
