Phillippa is a Senior Project Manager in ANU Enterprise Project Management team with over 12 years of successfully managing industry projects and programs in the structural engineering and digital transformation fields.
Phillippa has a Diploma in Project Management and previously worked with BAI Communications, where she was responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of a $3.5M broadcast and telecommunication structure inspection and maintenance program, and Dexar Group, where she contributed expertise in project planning, scoping, stakeholder management, finance, budget tracking and more to deliver $10M+ in digital transformation projects.

At ANU Enterprise, Phillippa manages diverse projects, including supporting the Australian Instrumentation Technology Centre (AITC) with Giant Magellan Telescope projects that require tight scheduling and resourcing within a finite budget; and supporting the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) on key projects utilising her skills in planning, procurement, governance, and relationship and subcontractor management.
