Dr Rosalind Dubs joined ANU Enterprise’s board in 2013 as an Independent Director. Ros brings to the board extensive experience in Defence, Innovation, and Technology. Trained as a scientist, she has worked in a variety of industry sectors including Aviation, Transport, and Defence. She advocates for research-industry collaboration and promoting women in senior business roles.

In addition to her role with ANU Enterprise, Ros is a non-executive director of ASC Pty Ltd, Australian Astornomy Ltd, SmartSat CRC Ltd, and SAGE Ltd.  She was previously a director of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, the Taronga Conservation Society, the Australian Academy of Technology & Engineering, and a former member of the NSW Innovation & Productivity Council.

During her executive career Ros managed large engineering businesses for Thales SA in Germany and France, was a senior executive in Airservices Australia and CSIRO, was Deputy Vice-Chancellor (External) at the University of Technology, Sydney, and earlier served as Registrar of the ANU from 1985-90.
