Frank has been with ANU Enterprise now for over 20 years. Commencing in late 1999 as a short-term Contract Accountant, he is now Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary.
Experienced as a Senior Executive and company Director he has a track record of working in the commercial space of research and higher education, managing the connection and delivery of university expertise to industry and government. Frank is experienced in strategic management, management accounting, board reporting and governance, change management, Research, International Relations, Sustainable Development, Policy Analysis, and Proposal Writing.
Frank is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member Institute of Public Accountants, a Registered Tax Agent, and a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute of Australia.

Frank is ANU Enterprise’s financial, administration, and corporate governance expert. He is responsible for the overall financial management, administration, and corporate governance aspects of ANU Enterprise Group, which includes ANU Enterprise’s three subsidiaries. Frank has also been involved in major key projects including the sale of ANU College, the review and divestment of business activities of ASI, and the strategic acquisition of SRC. Frank has also played a key role in the early start-up stages of ANU initiatives including Lithicon (DigitalCore), Nucoria, and CBRIN.
Frank is responsible for the overall planning and management of ANU Enterprise’s Corporate function and activity and is a member of the ANUE Executive Team. You can read more about the services and capabilities of ANU Enterprise in our Year in Review.
He is an avid squash player and his three children and grandchildren bring him immense joy.
