Alice has over ten years of operations, project management and complex logistics experience across the higher education sector, including international events and partnerships, student employability and agricultural research engagement.

Alice came to ANU Enterprise after working across the Australian National University in International Strategy and for ANU Sustainable Farms, bringing a strong understanding of ANU systems and processes. She has a degree in International Relations, is a certified Prince2 practitioner, and has a Cert IV in Project Management.

Alice gets a thrill out of taking something complicated and turning it into a manageable plan of action. These days that means working with her ANU Enterprise colleagues to strengthen and document our policies, processes and procedures, to ensure ongoing success. Alice loves developing process flows, addressing inefficiencies, and finding ways to improve systems. She also supports the Manager Consultancies to manage small consultancy projects for industry and government as well as providing support to the team in navigating ANU systems and procedures.
