Neil is a Project Manager in the ANU Enterprise Project Management team.
He has been leading projects and programmes for over 30 years in a variety of industries including FMCG, technology, education, emergency-services, defence, agri-business and local government across the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and south-east Asia.
He holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering, postgraduate qualifications in Software Engineering, and an MBA, and has been a speaker at various international conferences on project, programme & change management.

His particular strengths are; designing achievable delivery plans; project & programme governance; building compelling business cases; leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams; and financial management.
Outside of work Neil enjoys being in the great outdoors. This might be as simple as walking the dogs or, when feeling more energetic, mountaineering, kayaking, scuba-diving and mountain-biking.
