Rachael Rheinberger is a Senior Project Manager with ANU Enterprise. Rachael brings a strong track record of delivering projects and programs with state and local government. A highlight of this experience is leading the rollout of an IT change project to over 17,000 staff across multiple areas within the health sector. Rachael is Prince II Practitioner, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) & Cert IV in Training and Assessment certified.
Rachael’s focus is on supporting teams to deliver complex projects and programs with ANU, including identifying and establishing improved frameworks that support the delivery of these initiatives. This includes working across multiple projects with the Advanced Instrumentation and Technology Centre.

Rachael’s ability to deconstruct a complex project into bite-size deliverables is her favourite thing to do, along with detailed scheduling and costings. Rachael has extensive experience writing and delivering training packages and change management programs to suit all audience types. In her spare time, she is learning how to wrangle tradies with a massive residential renovation project.
